Please leave a contact phone number for International deliveries as customs may need to contact you for delivery. Our freight prices do not include local import duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please double check that you have supplied us with the correct address before submitting your order. If you are paying via PayPal, please ensure your PayPal address is up to date. We take no responsibility for parcels that are sent to an address that was incorrectly supplied.
Orders placed before 12pm will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following business day. On occasions it can take 2 business days for your order to ship, please allow for this. Public holidays and weekends are not included in this timeframe. Regular processing time frames apply to Express Post shipping options.
Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed during new product releases, restocks and sales.
Orders that include a 'PRE-ORDER' item will not be 'split-up' for shipping. The entire order will ship when the pre-order item is in stock. Please refer to the product listing for an estimated shipping date.

We take no responsibility for delays to deliveries caused by Freight Carriers. This is out of our control.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. You have the option of an exchange, refund or store credit. All items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return. When purchasing shoes, the shoebox is considered part of the product and must also be returned undamaged. Once you have notified us of your return, we must receive the item back within 14 days. Items received after this time frame will not be accepted. Items purchased on sale are final, and are not eligible for return. Please allow up to 3 days for your return to be processed, you will receive an email once the new item is back on its way.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost to send the new items back out to you. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels so it is best to send items back with tracking.
If your item is deemed faulty, we will cover your return shipping costs. Once we are notified of a fault, we must receive the faulty item back within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for International. After this time, faulty items will be considered 'accepted' and will not be eligible for return. It is at our discretion whether we repair, refund or replace a faulty item.

Once your return is received and inspected your store credit will be processed. You will receive an email containing your voucher code. Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
If you would like to exchange your product for another size or style, please check first that we have the item you want in stock. We will do our best but we cannot guarantee stock availability by the time your parcel arrives. You will need to pay shipping costs to get the items back to us, and we cover the cost of sending the new items back out. For International exchanges we only cover the cost of standard shipping, if you would like your parcel returned to you with tracking you will need to pay for this service.
We offer a 3 month warranty against defects on all products, this starts from the date your order is delivered. This warranty is void if the item is improperly used, or you do not follow the wash instructions listed on the garment care tag.
